Mr. O’Shea is a Principal Engineer and has been an approved "Third Party Examiner" engaged in implementing the State of Illinois’ hull inspection program. He was previously the Project Manager on numerous underwater condition assessments throughout the Midwest. His project management experience includes inspections of floating casinos and other national projects and forensic investigations. Mr. O’Shea specializes in marine engineering and compliance, materials engineering, welding technologies, accident reconstruction, failure analysis, marine failure analysis and fire cause and origin determination.
Mr. Rosello is a licensed mechanical engineer with broad experience in mechanical engineering and associated fields. He has been responsible for offshore construction projects including daily operations, budget and compliance while working extensively in the offshore oil industry performing standard decommissioning’s, platform restoration projects including the dismantling of toppled structures & preparation of damaged sub-sea oil wells. He is a specialist in mechanical analysis, steel and aluminum structural analysis and ship construction analysis, construction oversight and practices. Additionally, he has demonstrated credibility of application of safety standards and construction process inspections, especially in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering applications.
Mr. Lukasik is a senior consultant specializing in Electrical engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer with the State of Illinois. He has extensive experience in conducting testing, construction evaluations and industrial equipment evaluations. Mr. Lukasik is a forensic specialist and is expert in evaluation of fire scenes, non-compliances of installations, medical equipment, laboratory equipment, household products, and more.

Mr. Reeber is an Associate Senior Consultant with Applied Materials Technologies. He is an electrical/instrumentation engineer with experience in electrical and process instrumentation design and installation. Prior to joining AMTI, Mr. Reeber was employed by Engineering Systems Inc, as a Senior Staff Engineer responsible for the investigation of electrical failures. Mr. Reeber also specializes in the investigation of electrical network failures including fires.
Mr. Wyckoff is a Technical Graphics Specialist with Applied Materials Technologies Inc. He specializes in technical 3D computer graphics, animation and video production. Mr. Wyckoff has worked in the forensic demonstrative visualization field since 1990 and has experience with CAD since 1987. His technical background in science and engineering fields makes him uniquely qualified to interface with experts from a variety of disciplines, understand the often highly technical concepts and work with the experts to produce clear and concise visual aids.
Mr. Roach is a Senior Consultant at Applied Materials Technologies Inc. He is a Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, with 22 years of experience. He specializes in vehicular accident reconstruction and dynamics, mechanical systems, heavy equipment, slip and fall hazards, refineries and natural gas and propane facilities. Mr. Roach served as a pilot and Aircraft Commander in the U.S. Navy and later a line pilot for commercial airlines. He served as a Safety Officer responsible for compliance with flight, maintenance, and OSHA standards and procedures. He is experienced in QA/QC and as a test pilot during aircraft maintenance procedures and inspections.
Captain Fust is a specialist in the field of Marine Safety with expertise in commercial vessel condition surveys, accident investigations, quality assurance and regulatory compliance inspections. He has acted as an expert witness for both plaintiffs and defendants in legal actions involving all types of marine casualties. Captain Fust is a former U.S. Coast Guard commissioned officer who served on active duty for over twenty-eight years. His assignments included a wide range of missions and challenging leadership and command responsibilities at three busy U.S. commercial ports.
Mr. Furlong is an Associate Senior Engineer at Applied Materials Technologies Inc. Previously Mr. Furlong was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Industrial Steel & Wire Co., a steel service center with 6 locations spread across the United States. While at ISW, Mr. Furlong was involved with failure analysis of both ferrous and non-ferrous wire and flat products.
Ryan O’Shea is a Staff Engineer for Applied Materials Technologies Inc. (AMTI) whose areas of expertise include materials engineering, project management and 2D AutoCAD. He has hands-on experience in photography, forensic evidence collection and report writing. In addition, Mr. O’Shea assisted senior staff in forensic investigations and marine inspections of permanently moored structures per the Illinois State Fire Marshal regulations. These inspections pertain to factors such as safety compliance and structural integrity.
